About the Role
n
As a Community Registered Nurse, you'll provide holistic, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. You'll support individuals to maintain their independence, manage chronic conditions,
and enhance their overall wellbeing through quality clinical care and compassionate service.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Conducting clinical assessments and developing care plans
n
Wound care and medication management
n
Educating clients and families on health management and wellbeing
n
Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals and support workers
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards
n
About You
n
You're a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful connections with your clients.
n
You'll bring:
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Experience in community, aged care, or primary health
n
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and time management
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
