Position: Member Sales Consultant (Full Time/Part Time)

Reporting to the Club Experience Manager you will be responsible for partnering with our members and drive all key new sales acquisitions. Be the welcoming face of our club, ensuring every member enjoys top-tier service from arrival to departure.

Main Responsibilities

- Support strategies and campaigns to drive the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets in line with business objectives for the club.
- Contribute to the growth of the membership base, arranging & assisting on prospective membership visits, outreach,



administration tasks and other tasks within your wider team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and visitors.
- Assist with membership enquiries, enrolments, and cancellations.
- Ensure club safety and security for members, staff, and visitors.
- Management of the membership database and sales systems.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for the fitness industry and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in high-end customer service (hospitality or retail preferred).
- Exposure doing regular work activities in a customer service, sales, or recruitment industry would be beneficial
- Recent experience working within a team to achieve common goals and KPIs’
