/n Your Lovisa Opportunity: /n We are looking for a Merchandise Allocator to join our Merchandise team and play an important role in managing the flow of stock across our global store network. /n This is a fast-paced and detail-focused role where you will work closely with the Merchandise and Operations teams to ensure stock is accurately allocated, transferred and maintained across our stores. /n You will need to be highly organised, analytical and confident working with large volumes of data, while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach. /n About the role: /n /n

- /n Accurately controlling stock entering the business and allocating it across stores globally. /n
- /n Ensuring the right stock gets to the right location at the right time. /n
- /n Managing and controlling stock transfers between stores. /n
- /n Maintaining accurate store stock figures and inventory levels. /n
- /n Ensuring stores receive accurate stock quantities in line with weekly planogram changes. /n
- /n Using Futura to complete allocation and stock management activities. /n
- /n Maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels to optimise allocations across core and new product lines. /n
- /n Managing weekly floorplan layout changes across the global store network. /n
- /n Completing stock-to-sales ratio analysis and reporting. /n
- /n Working closely with the Operations team to resolve queries relating to store stock levels. /n
- /n Supporting the Merchandise team with day-to-day administration, including emails, filing and other departmental tasks. /n
- /n Assisting with other duties and special projects within your skills and experience as required.

- /n Strong systems and computer skills – you’re confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and develop your skills in Futura. /n
