RSP's recent work includes Sinners, Mickey 17, A Complete Unknown, Thunderbolts*, Sonic The Hedgehog 3, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, Deadpool & Wolverine, The Fall Guy, Star Wars: The Acolyte, Knuckles, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.

We currently have several Compositor positions open with our crew at Mid and Senior levels! Working within our Compositing team, you’ll create high-quality, multi-layered composites for live-action feature films.

We have a variety of contract lengths available, with starting dates as early as September 2026. These roles are to be based in either our Adelaide or Brisbane studios.

Key Responsibilities

- Create seamless composites combining live action, FX, environments, and matte painting
- Build efficient, production-ready Nuke scripts within the pipeline
- Collaborate across departments to deliver shots on brief and on schedule
- Maintain high visual quality, continuity, and attention to detail




- Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving briefs

Skills and Experience

- Experience in high-end live-action compositing (level-dependent)
- Strong Nuke expertise and understanding of compositing fundamentals
- Good eye for colour, light, realism, and detail
- Solid understanding of VFX pipelines and workflows
