Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Marian, working within a busy mill production workplace.

This role offers an immediate start, consistent full-time hours, and the chance to become a team member with a respected local manufacturer.

About the Role

As a Mill Production Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping the mill running smoothly and efficiently. Your day will include:

- Operating and monitoring production and milling equipment

- Preparing and loading raw materials for production

- Conducting regular quality checks and recording production data

- Assisting with product sampling, packing, and dispatch

- Performing general cleaning and maintenance of machinery and work areas

- Following safety and operating procedures to maintain a safe workplace

- Operating Forklifts loading and unloading onto trucks

- Operating the Weighbridge

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in production, manufacturing, agriculture, or mill operations (preferred but not essential)





- A current Forklift Licence (desired but not essential)

- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety

- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment

- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
