The second part of Develop's business focuses on the delivery of underground mining services. Develop currently has agreements in place to provide underground mining services to:

- OceanaGold's (TSX: OGC) Waihi North Gold Project; and
- Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO) Finniss Lithium Operation.

Be part of something from the very beginning. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the early stages of our open pit mining operations at the Pioneer Dome Lithium Project, located approximately 130 km south of Kalgoorlie.

As open pit mining operations prepare to commence at Pioneer Dome, this is an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a new mining operation.

Reporting to the Mining Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight and strategic direction to the mining contractor ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective execution of the mine plan.

Acting as the owner's on-site representative, you will drive contractor performance and operational excellence, overseeing compliance, production targets,



cost management and risk mitigation. You will be instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture, maintaining high operational standards and ensuring mining activities are aligned with business objectives and project milestones.

Please note this position is offered on a 10 month max term contract

Your main responsibilities

- Promote a strong safety culture across owner and contractor teams
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations, site safety systems, and critical controls
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Conduct field leadership interactions and workplace inspections
- Manage the mining contractor against contract scope, KPIs, and performance standards
- Monitor contractor productivity, equipment utilisation, availability, and workforce performance
- Ensure contractor activities align with weekly and monthly mine plans
- Lead daily and weekly reviews
- Verify contractor dayworks and other costs
- Minimise ore dilution to maintain crushed product grade at target
- Identify and work to provide solutions to production bottlenecks
- Support continuous improvements to mining performance together with the contractor and technical services team

The Requirements of the role:
- Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years open pit mining experience
- Contractor management experience in owner-operated environment
- Strong understanding of drill and blast, load and haul, mine planning, and contract administration
- Demonstrated leadership in open pit operations
- Previous experience in mining of lithium ore highly desirable
