Gaukroger Sales Pty Ltd are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Inverell NSW.

The successful candidate will need to undertake the following responsibilities:

Diagnose and detect mechanical faults in cars manually or by the use of computer diagnostic programs

Maintain and repair vehicles for customers

Carrying out routine maintenance on vehicles including oil changes, brakes, suspension and engine repairs

Following Work Health & Safety Policies & Procedures

Conduct vehicle inspections and identify mechanical issues

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

- Conduct services and warranty in our multi-franchise business

Qualifications and Skills

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent

Experience in servicing and repairing a range of vehicle makes and models

Problem solving skills





Aptitude for technical activities

Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and as a part of a team

Current driver's licence

Guaranteed overtime for the right applicant

Salary Range is $75,000 - $80,000 + super

(Includes tool allowance and guaranteed overtime as negotiated with applicant.)
