Qualified Mechanic Wanted – Sherri Automotive Repairs & Tyre Centre

Sherri Automotive Repairs and Tyre Centre is a newly opened workshop in Sorell looking for an experienced and reliable Mechanic to join our growing team!

About us:

We're a brand-new automotive repair and tyre centre committed to honest, high-quality service for our local community. As we grow, we're looking for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

What you'll be doing:

- General vehicle servicing and repairs (log book services, brakes, suspension, etc.)
- Tyre fitting, balancing, wheel alignments and punctures
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Providing friendly, professional service to customers

What we're looking for:

- Trade qualification / Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)




- Current driver's licence
- Sound diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tyres highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude

What we offer:
