/n Key Responsibilities/n

/n Support and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5)/n

/n Analyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutions/n

/n
/n
/n Configure Planner 5 to support portfolio-level reporting/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n Enable improved demand vs capacity management insights/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n Work closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n Ensure solutions align with Federal Government standards and governance requirements/n

/n Required Skills & Experience/n

/n Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Planner / Planner 5/n

/n Strong understanding of project portfolio reporting and planning tools/n

/n Experience supporting demand and capacity management use cases/n

/n Ability to work independently and deliver hands-on implementation support/n

/n Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills/n
