Moranbah Mini Earthmovers Pty Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Operator to join our team in Moranbah, QLD. In this role, you will perform a variety of heavy equipment operations to support our civil projects, on a Mine site in the local area.
What you'll be doing
- Operate a range of heavy machinery and equipment such as Scraper, Graders and trucks
- Perform general maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Assist with site preparation, earthworks, loading/unloading, and material handling
- Work collaboratively within a small team environment to deliver project outcomes
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Multi Skilled Operator in the mining or construction industry
- Minimum 6 months' Mine site experience.
- Must have Grader experience
- Competent in the operation of a range of heavy equipment including Scraper, graders and trucks
- Experience required on Graders and at least one equipment type with willingness to develop skills across multiple machines
- The ability to perform basic maintenance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current driver's licence and relevant tickets/licenses (e.g. HC, Scraper, Grader)
- Commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of working safely
