Procurement & Commercial Opportunities | Victorian Government

We’re looking for three experienced professionals to support a complex Victorian Government procurement. These opportunities are expected to begin from November 2026, with involvement at different stages through to late 2027.

1. Senior Procurement / Commercial Adviser

Lead procurement and commercial strategy, market approach, tender development, evaluation, negotiation and contract finalisation. Solid Victorian Government or comparable public-sector procurement experience is sought.

2. Procurement / Commercial Consultant

Take a hands-on role preparing procurement plans, EOI/RFT documents, response schedules and evaluation materials. You’ll also support tender clarifications, governance, evaluation and negotiations.

3.



Financial / Commercial Analyst

Develop and assess pricing models, payment mechanisms, costs and financial risks. You’ll support affordability and value-for-money analysis, tender evaluation and commercial negotiations. This role suits a commercial analyst rather than a general accounting profile.

Experience with complex services or managed-service procurements will be highly regarded across all three roles.
