With 350+ team members nationally and the acquisition of API Access & Security, we are now the largest commercial locksmith and security network in Australia — and growing. /n /n We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused National Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Sales team in North Melbourne. /n About the Role:/n As the National Customer Service Representative, you will play an key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our Trade Sales function. /n You will work closely customers and Business Development Managers to process orders and help customers find the right product solutions. /n /n You will: /n /n

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, counter, email and online channels

/n

- Provide excellent customer service across trade sales, quotations, and order processing

/n

- Provide product information and solution focused support to customers

/n





- Prepare sales quotation, process sales and purchase orders

/n

- Manage customer orders ensuring accurate and timely communication
