Our client is a globally recognised company launching a branded medicinal cannabis portfolio in Australia — they are looking to hire their first person on the ground to lead it. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity to build and grow a national business, reporting to their Country Head.
What You Will Do
- Build and own a national pipeline of prescribing clinics, doctor groups and pharmacies through in-person
- Sales and HCP education; convert relationships into prescriptions and pharmacy demand; and, as employee number one, help run the day-to-day of the Australian business. Everything is done in a strictly TGA-compliant manner.
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years in a senior business development or sales role in the Australian medicinal cannabis industry
(an MSL with real sales experience also fits — this is first and foremost a sales role)
- Existing, active relationships with clinics, prescribers and/or pharmacies
- Sound knowledge of medicinal cannabis products and patient benefit
- Full Australian driver's licence; happy to travel nationally
