We are looking for an NDIS Plan Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our supportive, office-based team. You'll work alongside experienced team members with hands-on support, training and guidance.
This role will initially commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress to part-time and then full-time employment as Correlate Connections grows. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the business and develop your career within a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage participant NDIS funding, budgets and expenditure.
- Process, review and pay provider invoices accurately and on time.
- Complete reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support participants to understand their NDIS funding and budgets.
- Liaise with participants, providers, support coordinators and the NDIA.
- Ensure claims, payments and plan management activities comply with NDIS requirements.
- Maintain accurate participant records and CRM information.
- Provide professional, responsive communication.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Correlate Connections team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of NDIS Plan Management experience.
- Relevant accounting/bookkeeping qualification meeting NDIS requirements for Management of Funding for Supports in Participants' Plans (0127).
- Relevant professional association membership,
where required.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS Price Guide, Support Catalogue and claiming processes.
- Experience with PRODA, Care View, Xero and CRM systems.
- Strong invoicing, reconciliation, budgeting and financial administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office-based team.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and required NDIS training.
- Working With Children Check.
