Group is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support a portfolio management and decision support system. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that maintains the system, resolves issues and delivers improvements for its users.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test and document software and scripts against agreed requirements.
- Investigate defects and batch failures, working with other teams to resolve them.
- Maintain batch processes across development, integration and production environments.
- Review code, support testing and releases, and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and improve development, testing and release practices.
- Build software that meets business, security and legislative requirements.
What you’ll bring
- 5 plus years’ experience developing and supporting applications with Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Proficiency in React, including building and maintaining user interfaces.
- Experience diagnosing production issues and working through the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Sound judgement in code review, testing, documentation and release management.
- The ability to work with technical and business colleagues in a structured environment.
- Australian citizenship and a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
Mandatory Requirements
This role is based entirely on site. Australian citizenship with a current NV1 security clearance, or higher, is mandatory for this position.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be a strong team player and an open and effective communicator with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to overall team outcomes. The nature of this role will suit a person who works with a sense of urgency and has a proactive work ethic.
