/n Fenergo CLM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with solid experience in production support, issue analysis, and Fenergo .NET code development. /n The role requires hands-on expertise in Fenergo configuration, workflows, rules, and .NET solution, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical issues in a live environment. /n The ideal candidate will function as a bridge between business, support, and development teams, ensuring platform stability while delivering high-quality enhancements and fixes /n · Minimum 5 years of functional expertise on Fenergo v8 (FenE) CLM product. /n · Knowledge in end-to-end customer lifecycle management journey.
/n · Working experience on Fenergo base application code – should be well versed in debugging and troubleshooting code in .net. /n · Must have hands-on experience in developing functional requirements/ small business enhancements through Fenergo application code. /n · 5+ year of experience in .net C# development. /n · Experience in developing REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations. /n · Experience in SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning. /n · L3 Support experience in Incident and Problem Management. /n
