We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to provide Level 3 technical support across a broad networking and infrastructure environment.

This is a part-time opportunity working 2–3 days per week, suited to an experienced Network Engineer who has a strong networking background along with broader infrastructure experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 3 network and infrastructure support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues and escalations.
- Support and maintain Aruba switching and Wi-Fi environments.
- Support Microsoft / Windows environments and related infrastructure services.
- Support HPE server and storage infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Hyper-V environments.
- Provide Windows support with some exposure to Linux.
- Provide application support, including SQL-based applications.




- Support software deployment and endpoint management using SCCM.

- Level 3 Networking

- HPE servers and storage
- Hyper-V
- Windows Server
- Linux – some exposure
- SQL / Application Support
- SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and related infrastructure services
