- 3 + years’ Network Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles.
- Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

- The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
- Cross-team collaboration · Networking Skills - Experience with networking concepts including Load balancer, Routing, Switching, Security
- Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.)
- Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies (site to site, point to site preferred, leased line)
