Innovative Transdisciplinary Preceptorship Program

At RMH, all new graduate Social Workers participate in our creative Transdisciplinary Preceptorship Program.

This unique program brings together new graduates from Social Work, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy,



Physiotherapy and other allied health professions to learn, reflect and grow together.

Through facilitated group learning, peer support, case discussions and guided professional reflection, the program helps graduates to:

- Build confidence in clinical decision-making
- Develop skills for effective multidisciplinary teamwork
- Enhance communication, advocacy and leadership capabilities

About You





- A recent or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited Social Work degree with less than 6 months' professional experience
- Eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Passionate about person-centred care and social justice
- Curious, adaptable and committed to continuous learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
