We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join the team!

What you'll be doing?

- Engaging with prospective clients — Welcoming walk-in visitors and responding to online enquiries at the Menangle Park Display Home, creating a positive first impression from the outset.
- Guiding customers through the building journey — Supporting clients through every stage of the home building process, from initial enquiry through to signed contract.
- Understanding client needs — Taking the time to understand each customer's requirements and recommending suitable home designs that genuinely meet their needs and budget.
- Converting leads into contracts — Managing a pipeline of leads and confidently guiding prospects toward a signed contract through a consultative and professional sales approach.




- Maintaining strong follow-up practices — Keeping consistent contact with leads and prospects to maximise conversion opportunities and ensure no enquiry is left unattended.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets — Working towards and surpassing sales targets, directly driving personal earning potential through the uncapped commission structure.
- Presenting display homes to a high standard — Ensuring the display home is always presented professionally and reflects the quality of the product on offer.

Who are we looking for?
- New home sales experience — Proven experience in new home sales is essential for this role.
- Sales track record — A strong history of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, results-driven sales environment.
- Full sales cycle confidence — The ability to manage the entire sales process independently, from initial engagement through to closing the deal.
- Organisational and follow-up skills — Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline to maintain an active and well-managed sales pipeline.
- Professional presentation — Polished communication and presentation skills that reflect positively on the brand and build customer confidence.




- Drive and motivation — A competitive, self-motivated mindset with a genuine desire to maximise earning potential through performance.
- Weekend availability — Availability to work weekends is essential, as this is a key part of the role given display village trading hours.
