About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Baker to join our production team. This role is essential for ensuring our customers wake up to fresh, high-quality bread and pastries every day. You will work 5 to 6 days a week, approximately 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Shift Times
- Weekdays: 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Weekends: Midnight – 8:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Shape baguettes and various loaves following traditional recipes.
- Operate and maintain a dough sheeter for pastry production.
- Manage dough mixing processes using industrial mixers.
- Expertly bake products using a deck oven to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during the night shift.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker, specifically with French bread and pastries.
- Proficiency in shaping loaves and baguettes.
- Ability to operate a dough sheeter, mixer, and deck oven.
- Reliability and commitment to night shift hours.
- Solid attention to detail and a passion for traditional baking methods.
