CAVALRY & CO is growing our Brisbane team and we're looking for motivated people to join us as Sales Representatives.

We specialise in growing businesses' customer bases through face-to-face sales and marketing strategies, while developing the next generation of sales professionals. You'll represent and be a brand ambassador for some of Australia's leading non-profit organisations.

No previous sales experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Be Doing You'll work face-to-face with customers across a range of marketing environments, using your communication and interpersonal skills to:

- Build genuine customer relationships
- Represent well-known organisations
- Acquire new customers
- Work towards individual and team goals
- Develop your sales, communication and leadership skills

Requirements

- Available Monday–Friday, 5 days per week
- Enjoy working towards goals, targets and KPIs
- Competitive and motivated
- Confident communicating with people
- Fluent English
