/n The Role: /n The Store Associates [Full-time] is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n • Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner. /n • Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness. /n • Providing exceptional service at shop floor,fitting rooms and checkouts. /n • Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas. /n • Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor. /n /n Essential Skills and Experience: /n • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred. /n • Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers. /n • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. /n • Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly. /n • The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do. /n /n

/n This is mainly a full time role and requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential. /n

/n Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store. /n /n
