We're seeking Expressions of Interest from people who are passionate about leading teams, elevating customer experiences, and driving performance in a fast‑paced retail environment. /n Whether your strengths lie in people leadership, operations, customer experience, stock flow, visual merchandising, coaching, or multi‑site support, we are building a flexible leadership pipeline that can support a variety of roles as opportunities arise. /n What our leaders do /n /n

- Leading teams to deliver consistent, warm, high‑quality customer experiences

/n

- Managing busy operations with pace, clarity and strong prioritisation

/n

- Giving transparent instructions and setting expectations that keep teams aligned

/n

- Supporting stores through coaching, capability building, and hands‑on leadership

/n

- Maintaining outstanding stock flow, BOH organisation and floor standards

/n

- Ensuring fast, accurate stock processing to keep product available for customers

/n

- Running efficient daily operations including rostering, task planning and decision‑making

/n

- Creating welcoming, standards‑driven store environments that customers love

/n

- Supporting multiple stores or focus areas where extra leadership impact is needed

/n /n About You /n We're looking for leaders who bring: /n /n

- Experience in retail leadership (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, 2IC, Key Holder, Department/Zone/VM lead or similar)

- Confidence working in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments

/n

- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to influence results

/n

- A hands‑on, energetic approach — leading from the front

/n

- Exceptional operational capability and attention to detail

/n

- A passion for great customer service and high standards

/n

- The ability to thrive through pace, pressure, and change

- A growth mindset and a desire to develop yourself and others
