Paradiso Supply is a new drinks collective launching on Australia's east coast. We provide the sales function for Australia's best independent beverage brands giving them the reach, relationships, and representation they deserve in a market dominated by the big players. We're building a field sales team across the entire eastern seaboard, with territories from North QLD to South Aus.

About the role

You run NSW. Your reps carry the territories; you carry the state: the number, the team, the key accounts and wholesalers. You will lead the field sales team across the state, own key accounts and manage the state budget and trading performance.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the team: recruit, coach and manage Sales Reps

- Conduct monthly field days with every rep; coaching in trade, not from a desk

- Personally manage the state's major on-premise groups and off-premise banner and buying groups

- Negotiate ranging, promotions and terms, then make sure they land venue by venue

- Own the state budget, rolling forecast,



and trade spend managed to plan

- Provide straight reporting and joint trade visits with brand owners

About you

- Proven drinks sales leadership: managed a state or region in drinks sales and led a field team to hit its targets

- Established relationships across NSW wholesale, retail and on-premise

- Commercial head for budgets, forecasts and margin
- A coach who'd rather grow a rep than replace one
