We’re pretty lucky that, at Mosh & Moshy, this is the norm rather than the exception. /n We’re looking for two endorsed Nurse Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary clinical team and provide high-quality, evidence-based care at an advanced nursing level.
Working remotely, you’ll help improve patients’ access to healthcare and support them throughout their treatment journey. /n Reporting to our Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll combine strong clinical judgement with clear, compassionate communication to deliver a seamless telehealth experience. /n /n What you’ll do /n As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll: /n /n
- Consult with new and existing patients via telephone and video, providing education, clinical advice and support
/n
- Manage patients’ ongoing treatment plans, including assessing their response to treatment
/n
- Prescribe appropriate medications and adjust treatment where clinically indicated and within your scope of practice
/n
- Triage presenting symptoms and escalate or refer patients to the appropriate medical practitioner or pharmacist
/n
- Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and our wider Clinical Operations team
/n
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold our clinical governance and code-of-conduct requirements
/n
- Share insights and feedback to continually improve our clinical systems, workflows and overall patient experience
/n /n /n Experience you’ll bring /n To succeed in this role, you’ll have: /n /n
- A completed Master of Nursing and current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
/n
- A current PBS prescriber number, or the ability to obtain one
/n
- Recent experience working as a Nurse Practitioner within primary healthcare
/n
- Strong clinical judgement and a commitment to safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care
/n
- Confident, clear and empathetic communication skills, particularly in telephone and video consultations
/n
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment
/n
- Confidence navigating digital clinical platforms, documentation systems and telehealth tools
/n
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve patient care, systems and processes
