- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional board.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare service delivery and team management.
- Strong skills in clinical governance, quality improvement and contemporary nursing practice.
- The ability to build trusted relationships, lead change and support positive team culture.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in nursing, leadership, health management or a related discipline and/or experience working in rural, regional or culturally diverse healthcare settings.
