Wildwood Nurseries is currently looking for reliable and motivated full time nurseryperson to join our growing team.

Key Duties:

· Germinating seeds, taking cuttings, grafting, and budding plants.

· Watering, fertilising, pruning, spraying for pests and diseases.

· Adjusting light, temperature, humidity, and soil conditions as needed.

· Selecting and packing plants for wholesale or retail distribution.

· Transplanting seedlings and plants into pots or garden beds.

· Using tools like sprayers, irrigation systems, tractors, and forklifts.

· Repairing greenhouses, shade houses, irrigation systems, and fencing.

· Keeping records of plant batches, propagation methods, and treatments used.





· Advising customers on plant care, selection, and landscaping tips.

Skills and Experience required:

- Relevant qualification or minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Nurseryperson.
- Plant propagation and care - seeding, grafting, pruning, pest control.
- Irrigation and fertiliser management - maintaining plant health.
- Equipment operation - using tools like potting machines, sprayers.
- Record-keeping and organisation - labelling, stock control, task planning.
- Teamwork and physical stamina - working outdoors, following safety procedures.
