- Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes. /n
- Demonstrate competency in catheter care when required. /n
- Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to clients. /n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. /n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided. /n /n Requirements: /n /n
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA. /n
- Competency in catheter care (ideal, but not mandatory). /n
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. /n
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care. /n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /n
