Occupational Therapist (Experienced or Senior)

$100,000 – $125,000 + super, depending on experience

*Whilst this is a full-time role. Part time, school hours and compressed weeks are genuinely available.

Who we are

Shift & Co is a for-purpose organisation supporting neurodivergent adolescents and adults across Canberra. What we're about is simple: helping neurodivergent people through the challenges they're facing, without losing sight of what matters to them. OT here sits alongside mentoring, an accessible art studio and social groups built around D&D;, Warhammer and community outings — so the work is broader than a clinic and the people you support have more around them than a therapist. We're a small team based at Hawker, 6 years in.

You don't need to be senior. If you've got a few years behind you and want to do the work properly, this is for you. If you are senior, there's room to lead.

What We Offer

The Role





- 1:1 OT focused on executive functioning, routines, daily living, sensory needs and emotional regulation
- Complete or oversee assessments, such as Sensory or Functional Capacity and Assessments and NDIS reporting
- A genuine say in how the OT service grows — pathways, resources, procedures — alongside the founder and Clinical Lead, not on your own
- Bring an OT lens to team learning and multidisciplinary discussion
- For senior clinicians: the go-to for complex assessments. Supervision of newer OTs as the team grows — in paid time, when you're ready

What We're Looking For

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

- Experience as a practicing OT
- Experience with assessments and NDIS report writing or solid the appetite to build them
- Experience with neurodivergent adolescents or adults highly regarded
- Interest in supervision, or willingness to grow into it
- A commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice
- WWVP registration and NDIS screening, or willingness to obtain
