Capability Psychology & Wellness is looking for a new graduate or early career OT to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Logan.

We offer a supportive start to your career with weekly 1:1 clinical supervision from a Senior OT, ongoing mentoring and a gradual caseload build. You’ll join a warm, down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy coming to work.

The role

We’re open to part-time (ideally 3 days) or full-time on a 9-day fortnight, with a flexible commencement date. You’ll work across clinic and community settings, with all community travel kept within Logan.

You’ll gain experience across assessment, intervention, functional capacity assessments and report writing, with opportunities across paediatric and adult practice. We’ll tailor your caseload to your interests and the areas you’d like to develop.

What you’ll get

· $80,000–$95,000 + super (FTE), depending on experience · Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior OT

· Ongoing informal mentoring and group/multidisciplinary supervision

· Gradual, supported caseload build





· $2,000 annual professional development allowance

· 9-day fortnight for full-time employees

· Part-time option of approximately 3 days

· Travel reimbursement for community appointments

· Dedicated administration support

· Multidisciplinary team across OT, Psychology, Speech Pathology and Mental Health Social Work
