Job Description

Airport Retail Group is expanding at Western Sydney International Airport and seeks a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house across multiple venues. You will drive pre-opening readiness, kitchen systems and ongoing operational stability, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with culinary leadership.

You will oversee menu development, team recruitment and coaching, plus control of stock, costs and safety standards to ensure consistent quality and commercial performance.
