Job Description

Mareeba Aged Care in Mareeba Gardens is seeking a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support protected, high-quality, person-centred care across the home. The role focuses on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and resident outcomes, working closely with the General Manager and Care Manager.

The role requires an experienced aged care RN with strong clinical judgement, governance knowledge and ability to support audits, documentation reviews and continuous improvement
