Job Advertisement - Operation Manager / Store Manager

- Establish and implement operational system management.
- Optimize the efficiency and functionality of existing systems to support business expansion and operational needs.
- Regularly evaluate and assess store managers’ performance based on store views, and adjust team roles to ensure effective collaboration.
- Conduct weekly store manager meetings to analyze business performance, provide guidance, and set operational goals.
- Handle and resolve urgent store issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee product procurement prior to new store openings to ensure sufficient stock; coordinate human resources to support initial operations, including training on product knowledge, service skills, and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure secure supply of ingredients and products that meet company quality standards.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, train staff on cleaning and maintenance, and promptly repair or replace damaged parts to prevent operational disruptions.
- Improve and enforce franchise management systems.
- Ensure all stores comply with unified standards and regulations; conduct inspections and follow up on issues.




- Assist in product development by providing market feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Be familiar with store lease contract terms to ensure leasing conditions support company growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing department on promotional plans, track effectiveness, and support execution to achieve targets.
- Communicate with the factory regarding production status and collaborate to ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Proficient in operating POS systems.
