We’re seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to join our team, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our Operations Department. You’ll provide administrative and communication support, coordinate shipments, schedule team movements, and respond to operational enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Schedule daily warehouse team movements.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and Teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
About You
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
Outlook and Teams.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
