About the role:
We're seeking an Optical Assistant to work 2-4 days per week, which will include Monday and Saturdays with the opportunity for more hours/days.
Your role will involve:
- Greeting customers and offering excellent service
- Assisting with Frame selection and dispensing lenses
- Managing appointments, stock levels and general store tasks
- Supporting the team to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient
Experience and Training:
- Retail and/or Optical experience is highly valued, but not essential
- Full Training will be provided for the right person - enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most.
