Job Description

Trafflec in Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our growing team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on leading crews on site, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering quality civil works on time.

You will work closely with Supervisors and Project Managers to coordinate daily site activities, read plans, liaise with subcontractors, and uphold WHS, setting, and quality requirements across local projects.
