- Author clear, structured reasoning traces for complex technical tasks — showing how an expert would plan, reason, and act

- Create high-quality training data that demonstrates reliable, grounded AI reasoning

- Evaluate and iterate on your outputs to meet rigorous quality standards

- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are nn
- Background in Machine Learning,
Computer Science, or a closely related technical field

- Able to break down complex logical and technical problems into clear, structured steps
n
- Strong analytical thinker with a methodical, detail-oriented approach

- Confident written communicator — you can explain technical reasoning clearly and precisely

- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
