Our client is a well known organisation with offices on the NSW Central Coast.

They are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and documenting business processes and software requirements to support IT’s involvement in broader business-driven projects.

n

You’ll act as a strategic partner to various business units, ensuring IT solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Analyse and document business processes and software requirements.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
n
- Prepare project documentation including briefs, business cases, and RFPs.
n




- Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
n
- Maintain solid relationships across business units and IT teams.
n
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
n

What You’ll Bring: nn
- 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role
n
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
n
- FMCG, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desired
n
