Job Description

As a Junior Customer Experience team member, you will be the face of our world-class customer service team. Joining us at our Brisbane-based office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them get the most out of our innovative products. This is a full-time role based in our Eagle Farm office.

What you'll be doing n

Answering inbound calls and emails from customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient assistance

n

Troubleshooting customer issues and identifying solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction

n

Organizing warranty replacements and services as set out in BAF guideline

n

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

n

Escalating complex issues to relevant teams as needed

n

Assisting with other customer service tasks as required

A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

n

Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written

n

A solution-focused mindset when approaching problems

n

Needs to be comfortable talking on the phone

n

Can accurately enter data into systems
