Job Description

Peoplecorp is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Specialist to strengthen wage compliance and governance across our Australian operations on a fixed-term basis.

n

You will interpret Contemporary Awards, analyse Workday data, and translate entitlements into practical guidance. You will lead wage compliance projects across timesheets, penalty rates and allowances, using Workday to identify risk and drive improvements. Collaboration with unions and leaders is essential.
