We are seeking a motivated and reliable Christmas Casual to join our Warehouse team during the busy Christmas and holiday period. This is a full-time casual opportunity, working Monday to Friday from Tuesday, 6 October to Friday, 15 January.

Please note:

- The warehouse will be closed from 24 December to 4 January.
- Potential weekend shifts may be required during busy periods.

Main Objective of the job

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Packing Assistant’s role is to ensure the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of ecommerce orders while maintaining high brand presentation standards and a secure, well-organised warehouse environment. The role supports inventory accuracy, stock management, and overall warehouse operations to help deliver seamless service to customers and the ANZ retail team.

Main Responsibilities

PICKING & PACKING

- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to ecommerce orders
- Ensuring orders are accurately packaged and presented in line with brand standards, Logging any packing errors and addressing them with the team





GENERAL WAREHOUSE DUTIES

- Responsible for the cleanliness set out and organisation of the warehouse – maintain standards of health and safety, security of warehouse environment and all stocks
- Undertake cycle counting on regular basis and assist with yearly stocktake with Supply Chain team
- Adhoc tasks to support the ANZ retail team
- Load and unload deliveries when required
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)
- Assist with stock replenishment and restocking shelves

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and motivational spirit with stakeholders at all times
- Working and collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
- Manage upwards, articulating delays/roadblocks to senior management with a solution focused approach

Pay: $33.85 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
