About the Role
We have ongoing demand for services and are looking for experienced, client-centred Occupational Therapists to join our fully online team. You’ll work with children, delivering meaningful, goal-focused therapy via telehhealth.
We’re particularly keen to hear from clinicians with experience in NDIS-funded interventions, particularly with neurodivergentclients and clients with complex social and cynical backgrounds.
Your role will include:
- Delivering occupational therapy via secure video sessions
- Supporting clients across Australia from the comfort of home
- Working flexibly from 15 hours per week and up
- Completing assessments, reports, and interventions both ethically and transparently
- Collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
And importantly - you’re paid for all your time:
- Direct client work
- Indirect work
- Internal meetings and qualified activities

- Competitive pay (including super):
- Band 1 | Early career: $55–$61/hour + super
- Band 2 | Mid career: $65–$75/hour + super
- Band 3 | Advanced/Senior: $80–$88/hour + super (Equivalent to $107,250 – $171,600 FTE per annum)
About You
You’re an adaptable, empathetic, and skilled clinician who enjoys working autonomously while being part of a connected, purpose-led team.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an occupational therapist
- Experience delivering therapy across different ages and needs
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualised, goal-based interventions
- Current AHPRA registration, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Clearance
You’ll also bring:
- A passion for person-centred, evidence-based practice
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Experience working with NDIS clients, Medicare and or Private Health insurance
- Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality care
- Enthusiasm for helping clients in rural and regional communities
- Ability to work effectively within a remote, multidisciplinary team
