The Role
You'll get hands-on training in paid social from day one. You'll learn to ideate, brief-in, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, with the goal of becoming a (certified) expert in running paid social accounts.
Because this is an account role, you'll also work directly with clients. You'll join client calls, report on performance and, over time, manage day-to-day client communication. As you progress, you'll also have the opportunity to gain exposure to other media channels including search, display,
OOH and ATL media; to further progress your career.
Must-haves
- A strong desire to build a career in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of marketing principles
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset
- Previous internship experience
Nice-to-haves
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Familiarity with Meta or TikTok ad platforms

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. The office is a 2-4 min walk from North Sydney and Victoria Cross stations.
