Senior Dental Receptionist Wanted!

Are you a dental receptionist who actually loves what you do?

Do you know your way around a dental practice, can juggle a busy diary without breaking a sweat and somehow manage to make patients feel like they are catching up with an old friend?

We want to meet you!

Dental Logic is looking for an awesome Senior Dental Receptionist to join our team 3-4 days per week, including one evening and some Saturdays.

This is so much more than answering phones and booking appointments. You will be one of the key people helping our practice run smoothly, keeping patients connected and making sure no one falls through the cracks.

What will you be doing?

You will be the person who makes things happen!

- Following up patients and keeping them engaged
- Reactivating patients we haven’t seen in a while
- Managing cancellations and filling those precious gaps in the diary
- Chatting with patients and building genuine relationships
- Following up treatment and helping patients stay on track
- Keeping the appointment book organised and running like a well-oiled machine
- Supporting our dentists and clinical team
- Making every patient interaction a really positive one

Basically, if there’s a patient who needs a little nudge, a gap that needs filling or a diary that needs sorting you’re on it! Who are we looking for?

Someone who is

- Experienced in dental reception
- Confident, friendly and naturally excellent with people




- Organised enough to keep 10 things happening at once
- Proactive you see what needs doing and just do it
- Comfortable picking up the phone and having a conversation
- Great at patient follow-up, cancellations and reactivation
- Calm under pressure (because we all know dental diaries can have moments)
- A team player who brings good energy to the workplace
- Someone who takes pride in creating an amazing patient experience

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 26.0 per week
