/n This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll support customers with accurate parts advice while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. /n This is a rare opportunity to relocate to Cairns and join a supportive, growing team. /n Whether you come from automotive, retail, trade, or mechanical backgrounds, we provide training to set you up for success. /n What You’ll Be Doing /n /n
- Helping customers identify and source the right parts

- Processing sales,
orders, and enquiries

- Picking, packing, and dispatching parts

- Supporting stock control and inventory

- Working closely with your team to keep the branch running smoothly

/n Qualifications/n

/n Customer service mindset
/n Interest or experience in automotive, parts, or trades
/n Strong communication and attention to detail
/n A hands-on, team-first attitude /n Highly regarded (but not essential): /n /n
- Parts, automotive, or mechanical experience

- Exposure to trucks / heavy vehicles

- Forklift licence
