/n This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the correct parts are sourced and supplied quickly and efficiently. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
/n
- Provide exceptional service to trade, workshop and retail customers
/n
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
/n
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
/n
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
/n
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and manage availability
/n
- Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
/n
- Assist with inventory enquiries and stock control activities
/n
- Contribute to achieving branch sales and customer service targets

- Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded

- Experience within automotive, truck, agricultural, machinery, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded

- Strong customer service and sales skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Good computer literacy and administration skills
/n
- Current driver's licence
/n
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and equipmen
