/n We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team at our Tamworth branch. /n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll be responsible for helping customers identify and source the right parts to keep their vehicles on the road. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
/n
- Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
/n
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
/n
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
/n
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
/n
- Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
/n
- Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability
/n
- Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets
/n /n This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering solutions to customers. /n

/n Qualifications/n
/n
/n What you'll need: /n /n
- Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries is highly regarded
/n
- Solid customer service and sales skills
/n
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
/n
- Good computer literacy and administration skills
/n
- Current driver's licence
/n
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles will be highly regarded
