Party Host (Experienced) – Flip Out (Casual)

Flip Out is looking for an experienced Party Host to run birthday parties from start to finish, making sure every guest has a blast and every parent feels looked after. This casual role is perfect for someone who's confident leading groups, thinks on their feet, and loves a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead assigned birthday parties from welcome to farewell, keeping to the party schedule and package inclusions
- Guide party groups through trampoline sessions, games, and activities safely
- Set up and pack down party rooms, including decorations, food service areas, and gifts/party bags
- Coordinate timing with café/kitchen staff for food delivery during the party
- Communicate with party parents throughout the party, addressing questions or requests as they come up
- Keep the party group engaged and on schedule, adapting activities as needed (age groups, group size, energy levels)
- Ensure party rooms are cleaned and reset promptly for the next booking





What You'll Bring

- Previous experience hosting parties, events, or group activities (essential)
- Confident, engaging presence with both kids and parents
- Strong time management skills to keep parties running to schedule
- Ability to stay calm and adapt when things don't go to plan
- Valuable understanding of safety procedures around trampolines and play equipment
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Employment Type Casual — weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) required, with additional shifts based on business needs.
