HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a leading mid-tier national law firm to find a P&C; Coordinator to join their growing People & Culture team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused HR professional who enjoys building relationships, having genuine conversations and working with a diverse range of personalities.

Working closely with the P&C; Manager, you'll have exposure across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to broader P&C; initiatives and strategy.

This is also a genuine growth opportunity, with a pathway to take on greater HR responsibility and work towards a future HR management position.

About the Role

You'll support the day-to-day P&C; function while playing an important role in delivering a positive employee experience across the firm.

- Managing the full onboarding lifecycle from offer through to commencement and induction
- Supporting recruitment, employee movements, performance and offboarding processes
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers across day-to-day P&C; matters
- Maintaining HR systems, employee records, policies and people documentation
- Supporting P&C; projects, initiatives and contributing to the firm's broader people strategy

- Previous P&C;, HR or people-focused experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with different personalities

- A genuine interest in developing your HR career and progressing into management
